Our Identity & Mission

Our Story

pklak was built on a simple but powerful idea — people in Bangladesh will play online, and that experience should be completely safe, accessible, and enjoyable. Most international gaming platforms do not keep Bangladeshi players in mind — the interface is in English, the payment methods are unfamiliar, and getting customer support in Bangla is nearly impossible. pklak was created to solve exactly that problem.

Every service on our platform has been designed with Bangladeshi players in mind. Deposits start from just ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Bank transfer is also available for those who prefer it. The entire site runs in Bangla, so even a new player can easily find games and manage their account.

pklak offers a wide variety of games including slots, live casino, and sports betting. Games from world-renowned providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming are all available under one roof at pklak. Cricket betting is especially popular in Bangladesh — there are opportunities to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and various other international tournaments.

We believe responsible gaming is every player's right. That is why pklak strictly enforces an age limit — this platform is for those aged 21 and above only. In addition, every transaction is secured with SSL encryption to keep your personal information and funds completely safe.

Our support team is available 24/7 to help in both Bangla and English. Instant help is available via live chat, and you can also reach us by email at [email protected]. Our team is here for you with any question or issue.

Our Values

At the heart of every decision at pklak are three core values: transparency, security, and player-centred service.

Transparency means we clearly communicate bonus terms, payment rules, and game information. No hidden charges, no unclear conditions. Our welcome bonus wagering applies only to the bonus amount — not the total balance. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you only need to place ৳15,000 in bets.

Security is something we never compromise on. State-of-the-art encryption technology is used to protect every player's data and funds. We are also committed to responsible gaming — players are given the option to set their own limits.

Player-centred service means we always think about the player's convenience. The entire platform is available in Bangla, with a mobile-friendly design and familiar payment methods — everything built to match the reality of life in Bangladesh. In our VIP program, regular players can rise from Bronze all the way to Diamond, earning weekly cashback benefits at every level.
