General Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the pklak platform and the user ("you" or "member"). By using the pklak website, mobile site, or any related services, you are considered to have accepted all the terms set out below.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on the pklak website before they take effect. If you continue using the platform after a change, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on pklak, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf.
• Confirm that online gaming is legally permitted in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• Only one account is allowed per person. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must not share this information with anyone else. If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify pklak support immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

pklak reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment details at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. You agree to cooperate by providing genuine documents.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Policy

Payment methods currently accepted on pklak are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, delays may occur if identity verification has not been completed or for other administrative reasons.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Requests to withdraw via a different method may require additional verification.

3.3 Payment Responsibility

Using third-party payment methods is prohibited. You may only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from illegal sources is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

pklak offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳12,000, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies, giving you a total balance of ৳17,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets. The original deposit amount is not included in the wagering calculation — only the bonus amount is counted.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred from one promotion to another.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt at fraud is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• pklak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• A valid and fully verified account is required in order to receive bonuses.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Operation

All games on pklak are operated by third-party software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and many others. These games run entirely on Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair and unbiased results.

5.2 Technical Errors

The result of any game may be voided due to a technical error or system failure. In such cases, the stake for the affected bet will be refunded. pklak does not accept liability for incomplete or interrupted sessions.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software errors.
• Using automated bots or scripts to operate games.
• Colluding with other members in an attempt to cheat.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same computer or network.
• Any fraudulent activity or chargeback attempts related to the payment system.

VIP & Loyalty Program

pklak's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Through regular and active participation, members can gradually advance to higher tiers. pklak will give prior notice of any changes to VIP benefits or criteria. VIP rewards are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash until the specified conditions are met.

Responsible Gaming

pklak believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should be enjoyed responsibly. The safety of our members is our highest priority.

• Do not bet more than you can afford.
• Do not use gaming funds to cover other expenses.
• If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, take a break.
• pklak gives members the option to set deposit limits, betting limits, or a temporary or permanent self-exclusion on their own account.

Account Closure & Termination

9.1 Account Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time through the pklak customer service team. Before closing your account, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any valid balance must be withdrawn.

9.2 Account Termination by pklak

pklak may temporarily or permanently terminate an account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of terms or an attempt at fraud.
• Registration using false or incorrect information.
• Being a minor or operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Suspicion of involvement in illegal activity.

9.3 Balance After Termination

If an account is terminated due to a breach of the terms, bonuses earned and any associated winnings may be forfeited. However, the original funds validly deposited will generally be returned, unless they are part of an investigation.

Limitation of Liability

pklak always strives to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss caused by internet connection failure or technical issues with third parties.
• Any event beyond our control (force majeure).
• Loss caused by you disclosing your own login credentials.
• Financial loss resulting from decisions made while playing — gaming is entirely at your own risk.

pklak will not be liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect, incidental, or punitive damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

After a complaint is submitted, we will investigate as quickly as possible and aim to respond in writing. If the matter cannot be resolved through discussion, both parties will seek to settle the dispute through compromise or mediation.

Terms Amendments & Enforceability

12.1 Terms Updates

pklak reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time. A notice will be published on the website before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining parts will remain fully in force.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy together form the complete agreement between pklak and the member. They replace any prior oral or written understandings.
